I think its high time to coin a term for the fear of radiation.

 

Radiophobia?

(Radiation + Fear)-from the word itself?

 

X-phobia?

(X-ray + Fear)-x-rays as popularly known. Not too bad after all isn’t it?

 

Ebolophobia?

(Ebol + Fear)-to give credits to me for the sharp-witted idea. Oh what a kind of self-glorification.

 

Roentgenophobia?

(Wilhelm Roentgen + Fear)-May be mulled over. Anyways, he was the crux of the unearthing of radiation.

 

Many students are fascinated and awestruck by the enchanting world of Radiologic Technology. After some moments of exploring, some would contemplate on the likelihood of giving up their course to stint into BSRT.

 

But then again, it would only end up with a very big NO NO NO.

 

Common taglines?

“I am afraid too of the radiation”
